    X442 Vs. X640

I am running a X442 on my Viper 12 cells Sv motor. It cavitates for about 6 feet thens hops up on plane and its faster than an SV but I was wondering do you guys think A x640 would give me a little more speed or should i go in the other direction? Maybe I should leave it alone I know I am not gonna get much more out of this setup.

I don't own an SV27 motor myself, but most of the guys in my club running them in monos use very similar props to what we use with 700 motors in monos.

So I think a 642 would be a good choice (still a touch smaller than a typical LSH 645 or 646). This is provided your current set up doesn't run too hot (I wouldn't think so with a 442).

I prefer 6 series props on my hydros to 4 series.

    Cheers,
    Scott
