I posted a recent thread on tenshock mono1 flood chamber--
I could not get it to self right in the bathtub either. Turns out it does not need to--
when I took it to the lake and it capsized, it turned over about 1/2 way (right side sticking up in the air). I hit the gas hard, and the waterflow over the bottom of the hull pushed the boat the rest of the way over (like an airplane wing).
When I saw that, I removed all of the extra weighting I had added, and it still reliably turns over once I hit the gas...
Let me know if that might work for your hull,
