Well I ordered and paid for a 60.00 boat with a flood chamber. Instead I got a 50.00 boat with no flood chamber. Now, three polite emails and one week later there has been not one response. I guess I am going to give up on this one and write it off. Has anyone else had issues with HOR?

It seems like a lot of people purchase items from them, but I am disapointed with their service at this point.

I've never had one single issue with them.

Last time I ordered they shorted me a package of the 4mm bearing inserts. Never did even Email them. Saved enough and they were cheap enough I figured I would bother with it. Other than that, it has been fine.

You should be good, just don't flip it!

Ordered several items in August and received only half, never received the most expensive item and had to go through PP dispute.

They (he) never bother answering several (very polite) emails in 60+ days.

I'm not buying again, that's for sure.
