Most of you probably have your own experience buying stuff from OSE already.
Here is mine:
Some days back I received a new boat hull that I had ordered from OSE.
When inspecting it I found a manufacturing fault on it.
The fault in question is not important here, nor the manufacturing company.
I took high resolution pictures of the problem, sent it to Steven with an explanation of the extent of the fault, and my opinion on work involved to fix it.
Steven replied right away and offered a solution for how to sort it out.
To make the story short, we agreed on a solution that we both where happy with.
Today I received the new hull, very well packed, and in proper condition.
So from my point of view I just want to make this official:
Steven’s customer service and communication is top notch and A+
Thank you Steven for your efforts and great place here at OSE!!
