I used Tony's setup instructions. Excellent. I did need a few pictures to figure out the three different pieces of brass tube needed to do the drive shaft though.

I have a friend who just bought a yellow FE and I will be helping him put it together.

I was thinking that same thing. I was wondering how that is possible without burning up the ESC or the motor. That is a big prop.

I would agree and say I'm a dumbass for running it if it wasn't working so well. The only real work I did above balancing it was it was the thinnest props I have done. I have my neighbor running the exact same setup with the same results.

I have been waiting for the speedo to come back burnt to a crisp all season...it's just a HV 60 amp castle.

              That's awesome Tino!
now with the lower temps with the bigger props, are your speeds going up?

Yes. Not really sure what's "wrong". It just works. Never had a boat act like it. Maybe it's just the rigger geometry.

One run at a time. Then pick up the pieces.

I don't know he gave me speed numbers on smaller props but nothing on the 230 prop, but our lakes are short and top speeds suffer.
