    motor question

I want to know would there be any difference between running a Feigao 540 7S(5196kv) and switching to a Neu 1506/2D (5200kv) in my Jae12 rigger on 2S.I'm
currently using the feigao now but i want to replace it any was wondering if the Neu would be worth the extra money as this summer was my first attemped at FE
    Thanks

There will be a difference, how much is hard to say but probably not huge. It will depend on the quality of the cells you run - with cheap cells the difference will be smaller than with 45C/5000 mAh cells from a quality supplier.

The Neu will spin a larger/higher pitch prop than the Feigao will, so consider how a larger prop will effect the handling and prop walk of your boat. These are both already very high rpm motors, so switching to a better, more efficient motor is one of the few ways to increase performance. I suspect you will be happy with the result.

Thanks Fluid I think I will give it a try.It sounds like the bearings are going on my Feigao as i seemed to dropped in speed and the motor spins fairly easy by hand.
