Contra-rotating prop deep v help

Hi,

Just thinking about building a contra-rotating deep vee, you know 2 props inline spinning in opposite directions.

Where do I start? Has anyone done this?

Are there any struts, shafts and gears available for this or does it need to be done from scratch?

like a volvo duoprop set up? that would be awesome. im fairly new to fe stuff and from searching around learning what to do/not to do i havent seen anything like that. probably just didnt see it though. hopefully some other guys on here can steer you on where to look if its available.

Been done lots on cat's. It all depends on what hull size you have specially for a mono/deep vee. Jesse J is doing a twin screw setup on a Triton right now. Not easy on a deep vee - but doable.

MHZUSA has them but wayyy over priced. Great for scale application, but not for any good speed.
