esc gone bad

I have a 120 seaking that stopped working.
Only had a few runs on it.
It looks like the caps have bulged slightly.If i replace the caps will it work again?
I have removed the shrink wrap to bench test but all it does is get warm and power the rx.Motor will not respond.

So i was hoping it was as simple cap replacement.

Any thoughts?

I've done it to a couple, just solder new ones on.....i use these, 64 cents each
