I'll post a pick with everything back in, I would like to find a different hull to put the electronics in next year.

Eagle One tire & wheel cleaner cleans it out really fast, rinse out with water and smells like new. Corrosive but, doesn't eat plastic.

Why not just sand the bad areas and repaint, instead of using solvents...

I never had a plastic hull, but you could lay some fiberglass matting on the bottom of your hull. After you sand it 1st of course. It will strengthen the hull and you wont be able to see the holes or bubbles.

The hull is tunable, you can't really tell now. One problem leads to another, I was putting it back togther, now the main copper tube came out, the glue that held it came right off the hull. It's hard to reach where it sits, so I ruffed it up the best I could. I took some purple PVC primer and rubbed that in there. I then put some contact cement / sealant in there and worked it around good. I hope that will work better. I am not sure if the solvent would have worked the glue off.

Add pVC primer to the list now, I looked this moring and my good looked like it was handling well, then I turned it over and touch it and the plastic was super soft, I was able to peal back most of the bottom triangle where the tube comes out. Would I be able to use a good epoxy to fill that in and build it back up? I'll take a pic. tonight of what I mean.

Boat is rebuild ready to go, I have another hull on the way but I will use this for now and maybe not even replace it. The underside by the out put tube was really eatten a way all that was really there was the tub. I wnet to the hardware store and got some Pc marine putty. Its just like playdoo and sets up rock hard in about and hour, even sets up underwater. I reformed the under side, not the best but it will work. The triangle area above the tube I had cracked and repaired already, it should not crack again.
