Teflon liner for a 3/16 Shaft

Hi,
I need to use a teflon liner as a bearing spacer on a 3/16 shaft-- so the 3/16 shaft needs to fit inside the liner with room to rotate

What size liner would be best?

Not a good idea. It will get too hot and melt.
