    I agree with Mr. Doby. Seems fast as ever right now. Comparing this to the last day or so which was quite slow.

                            A large amount of the users are getting emails. So its not completely broken which makes it hard to find. But I think I have it narrowed down a bit. I believe they are getting stuck in your spam folder, spam filters or isp spam filters. And here is the reason why. I've found out the new ip address they have given me was in a block of numbers that belonged to a previous spammer. I've started the process of removing my specific ip from those lists.
