    DF 41" type mono hull

Hi looking for suggestions on what to put in this type of hull, Want something thats going to be mega quick. Looking towards the Leopard 5692 or 5682 motors, On 8s-10s-12s. What motor in the Leopard range would be a good choice & at what voltage & kv, What size esc to use for any suggested setups on this & also suggested props to use on this size boat & setup. Is it best to run these hulls for maximum speed with no trim tabs or do they really need them fitted. Martin.

there is a Brand New NEU 2215 2y in the swap shop right now... that is a perfect fit for maximum speed in this hull and a great deal at $400 for a brand new one.... and they don't get much better then a NEU

Problem is im in the UK and really want to us something that is readily available to us over here which the Leopard is, I realise that the Neu motors are one of the best motors around. What would be the best 10s or 12s on this size motor in this hull. Martin.

        750kv so.... 10s.

I run a 880 kv lehner 2250 12t high amp in my df clone 40" and run 8- 10s... I run 10s in super short high speed runs (1 min couple passes...) and I run 8s for tooting around.... awesome handling hull and takes the rough water nice...

What size prop do you find works well, And what size esc do you find you need on your DF41 . I notice you also have the DF 33 how many cells do you run that on and what size esc as im thinking of getting a DF33 as well as the DF 41. Martin.

I actually use a x445 on the df33 as I mostly run it on 6s with the 1521 (1350kv).... works very nice.... 60mph....

I have lots of props, and to many boats for that matter...., and my df41 actually likes the x445 too on 10s...... I forget what I run on 8s...... I wanna say a prather 230 but I need to check on that....

I also have a 45" delta force sniper :) OCD.....

What amp esc do you use on the DF41 and also the DF33. And do you use trim tabs on either boats or do you find they work ok without them. Many thanks Martin.
