I have sent some emails enquiry regarding their product but I'll never receive any reply, so I hesitate to order their items

My orders have always been fast and accurate. I like his shipping model EXCEPT when you only order smaller parts.

Just think of the shipping if you order like 10 of those boat racks? ouch.

I have had the same problem with poor e-mail response to technical questions regarding their products, so I don't bother e-mailing any more. But absolutely no complaints regarding the prompt shipment of parts, and I have had many many shipments from Kintec (as well as OSE). I find them both great in this respect.

I am sure Jan (Kintec Racing) is very busy, but I still think is an honest business man. If there is a problem, he will get back to you. Twice I have received unexpected refunds.

If you start placing the order on line, I am pretty sure it will give you the freight charge of the shipment. But I'm not sure if you can still cancel at that stage if you don't want to proceed. May be worth trying ??

I understand your concerns living where you do and a phone call is a problem as well due to cost and time zones.
