I am wondering if I can use a neu1512/1.5y in a 27inch hull with a ul-1 esc on 4s lipo or is this esc gonna fry on me?

I dont know but im sure someone will need to know what hull and what prop.

Not a dumb question....what hull...what prop...that is a very powerfull motor....the ESC..POOF. If it is on an SV27 forget it, period

the hull is a sv27 and yes I know its overkill but just had the motor lyin here and my stock one fried this morning.the glues on the endbells went loose,I dont know what glue to use to rebond it properly reg. epoxy is a no go,I also have a castle monster esc that has been waterproofed that I can chuck in it to goof around with for the time being.prop is a 42x55.And yes it is all overkill just lookin to frankenstein something for a week or so????? I miss driving it already lol only got thru one pack and poof on the motor.

Not an ideal setup.
But I would venture to say that its possible to run the motor on that esc if you use a small enough prop. I would start with a 40mm prop like the octura x440.
