All the user reviews on the dealers website indicate this is a very weak boat and not worthy of serious consideration. I passed it by and bought a Minicat Hydro. You get what you pay for. BG

      Its a PLASTIC boat.

OK for a young or very new boater- probably not worth upgrading (even down the road).

basstronics... i have seen people upgrade boats "not worth upgrading". I was just curious if anyone tried it because i thought it would be interesting to see. The mini c is a plastic boat and people have upgraded those. I see a lot of people upgrading plastic boats. Hell i have evn upgraded a plastic boat. Hit 45 with it. Remember the smaller something is the more physics and stength change. So with a little detail and some work i think this thing could be fun with a small brushless motor. Mid 20s would be funny to see. Thats why i was asking because it would be interesting to see such a small boat upgraded. Not that i personally want to do it.

For the money it's tops, It is really only meant to be used in a pool or small pond. Can't see why you want to upgrade a boat that is already a lot of fun for it's purpose.
