Yup,

Castle has the Ice line-up and their new line of hydra's when its released. The newer V16 Schulze's also have internal logging.

And you can find that function as well in the less expensive Turnigy series too!

The newer Jetti and hacker Spin ESCs have datalogging too, as cloned by Turnegy, turnegy don't do a spin 200 or 300 clone though :-).
