minicat velocity esc

Anyone know if the esc on the Velocity has a LVC? I'm using a 3s 2100 25c new batts and the esc will slow the boat down at 2.5 min everytime even with diff batts. I'm only using 700 mah of each batt. after each run. Check batts with volt meter and found they are fully charged and balanced when installed.

When the boat slows down I release the trigger and it reset and runs at full speed and then slows down agian. Any ideas?

I found the problem. Bad ESC. New one worked perfect.
