Surge Crusher 'dipping'

Can anybody tell me(new to boats) what the 'front' Bouncing' comes from , and how to prevent it.
it kicks in at full speed, and if I back up a bitt , it stops

? Also It tends to twist a bit when it takes off(torque roll), how do I go about that.
Trimtabs?, if so wich one would fit this hull the best. ?
