MHZ.USA not responding?

Anybody heard from MHZ in the last two weeks? I ordered a driveline 17 Aug and have heard NOTHING since their automated reply. I have emailed many times and left many phone messages but heard back from no one/.

Anybody else having similar issues? or know what is going on?

I have never tried to contact them personally, but have heard either on this forum or another one that their customer service (getting back to you) isn't very good. Maybe there is somebody on here that maybe knows better.
