Like others have said, the motor is not appropriate even for LiPos. The Titan 29 can run very well with a BL setup, but I'd stick with a milder motor. A 40mm prop is on the small size for the hull, others in our club run great with 42-45mm props. An m445 and the BJ26 or SV27 motor is a better choice. If you have to run NiMH cells get a well assembled pack soldered end-to-end, or side-by-side with bars. The Titan can handle the weight of NiMH packs once it's on step - keep it there to reduce amp draw. LiPos are much better.....
