Ok please help

Ok so my genesis has been running great for a month ,been great once i put the turnigy marine 180 esc in

but the other day boat running great themn died out in the middle of the pond after about 5 seconds running again then died then run for 1o min then died whats the deal any ideas
i am running a 2.4 gig radio so it wasnt interference

went home
next day same thing and at one point went really slow then it was fine i am lost ?

Was it the low voltage control kicking in?

What batteries are you running?

Possibly the BEC on the controller is going, it happened to mine as well. Remove the red wire and run a separate receiver pack and see if that helps, also check the caps on the controller, mine started to look a bit discoloured so I installed an ETTI cap bank and it seems to have fixed it.
