Fuller's Mono Hardware Lube ?

Any suggestions on Greasing the drive. Its the Square flex that slides in only from the motor side. So far I have to pull the motor just to grease the shaft. Any other way to do this. Not enough room or play to just loosen the collet and remove it.

I used to do that, but then I went to just pulling the stut off and coming out the back end. That way I could also take off the prop and grease the shaft that is in the strut.

The other solution, is to toss the square flex and buy a regular flex cable and the problem is solved for good!!

Do I pull the prop shaft and just replace with regular flex and teflon. What size prop shaft do I need for x445. Currently the cable is 187. New to this level of boating any help is great.

Thanks electric. Made sure bolts were epoxyed. Un screwed strut and bingo everything slides out nicely. Thanks again.
