Looking for info on Props I’m not a Speed guy I run Battleships but I need to work on my drive train and thought you guys would be the perfect place to get info where you tweak your props so much for one seconds of speed you would be the most knowledgeable.
My Ship is a 33lb 56 inch x 9 inch beam 1/144 scale South Dakota Class Battle ship.
My problem is this she had no Getty up and go in the turns I would out turn my opponent only to be caught again immediately I need more torque and Getty up but my speed must be 100 ft in 26 seconds
I'm currently running two MABUCHI model RS-555PH-3255 on separate Viper Marine 20 ESC 1/8 shaft with an 1 ½ 25 pitch prop
I have replaced this with Johnson 970 and still looking for right size and pitch prop and thinking of going up in shaft size
A couple Questions
1-The difference between cleaver and chopper props?
2- Where can I find Bronze Beryllium props in my size and a pair?
