Can Someone fix this for me? ESC FET GONE

This is a Winsky 200 amp HV esc... I bought this from someone that I won't do business with anymore... not a person/business on this forum.... said it was new, it wasn't... I shipped it to the vendor and he shipped it to the wrong address overseas... 5 months later I have it back and it ain't going overseas again...anyhow it had a washer inside of it and when I first fired it up it smoked a fet where the washer shorted it out.... I am sure it is salvageable... its only one fet it appears... Does anyone know someone who may be able to fix this? here are the pics....

Oh it had been upfitted with watercooling too.. not that it matters....

Thanks for any and all help in advance!!!!

It's been cooked. See the little bits of solder running elsewhere on the board. I wouldn't touch it.

Excuse me, there was rubber?!?!?!?! in there? Rubber is a great thermal insulator.

One of the problems with touching it is that typically when one FET goes, the rest have already been damaged and WILL fail before too long.

Besides, I am way too overloaded right now. If you could see my shop, and how messy it has become, and hasn't been cleaned in months, you'd understand.

You were probably meaing its residue from the thermal conductive foam pad. Which is very common on today's ESC. And it is a decent thermal conductor, at least that how its advertised.
