    Hydra Calibration

I am not able to arm or calibrate this 120. I have the bec disabled and running on a s-bec. SR3000rx DX3.0tx feigao 9xl(hooked up). All the esc's settings are @ factory default but a custom lvc of 12.2. The esc was linked fine to my pc and accepted data. Turned on the tx and connected the battery as stated in the guid and all I get is a red flashing led..No programing or arming. IDK..my first one & am clules. Any ideas anyone?

Did this one get figured out? Had kinda same thing happen with CC80. Hoping maybe it was something simple overlooked.

Young Mr Smock rang my phone about midnight last night with a solution. I will be employing it here as soon as I finish my morning tea and wake up :).

Your killin me..lol. Well it don't work any way. Young Mr Smock suggested I disconnect the s-bec and battery using a receiver pack. Same result. A fashing red led with no responce(beeps) & nothing from the motor what so ever. All my end points are maked..trim is at 0. I have played with the netural position by just moving the throttle forward and back a couple degrees..NOTHING. I don't have a hex preped to swap it out and only have 2 or so hours left free this afternoon. Looks like i'm not making the water today...

I have had to screw around with my transmitter settings on some Castle ESCs to get them to arm. My Barracuda 180 (don't ask!) needs these transmitter setting on the HiTec Aggressor SRX:

              Trim +70
              Forward +125%
              Brake -125%

The trim setting is usually the issue. Try different settings (write them down) until the ESC will arm.

Good suggestion. It jogged my memorey as to the settings I needed with the Sv. I tried to arm it 20 times between setting 0 & 100 same result. Drained a transmitter battery in the process. I am @ a dead end. I guess tech suport is my last option tomorrow. Either way I am still not running today.

with my futaba it needs throttle reverse(yes), and -28 thottle trim for my cc80 to recognize the radio(didn't use to...after updating the firmware it did)
Still waiting for my boat to come in.it came in

Wicked and I figured it out. It would seem you may not program it with the internal bec disabled. I reinserted the red wire in the plug and it solved the issue. Thank you guys for the suport :)
