Need esc set up instructions for Suppo ESC

Aloha All
I have a HOR Racing 25" Deep Vee. It has a 70 amp Suppo Water cooled ESC. I have lost the set up instructions for the ESC does any one have a copy that can be scanned and E-mailed? or type the intructions? Would greatly appreciate it!
