    hello,
    welcome to the forum...
there are many ways to install booms as you will find out...
I would first make sure that the tub is level, put her on a flat surface and chk all the way around.
Then, IF she's "square", figure out where you want the booms to be and how far apart by looking up the sponsons length.
Once you have that, find where you want the forward boom to go, mark it (usually as a cross mark). Get a square, align it with the side of the tub and run the ruler part all the way under the tub to the other side... mark your vertical there... after that, measure your horizontal line and mark it. Then, all you have to do is carefully drill the holes with a sharp drill bit in the diameter you need and "ta-da"! you have a forward boom... repeat with rear boom.
BTW, I love that rigger, is it the small or the XL version?

      thanks for the fast response.

      its the small saw version.

the one with the small sponsons :P so i need to make this plates to bring them foreward.(it will be a disaster :P)
but why not trying it, a little question i coulnt find.
what should the angle of the front sponsons be?

i allready got a motor and prop for it.
      a hacker 28mm dia and 48mm long 6900kv motor on 2s lipo with a 30mm andy prop.

i soon will upload some pics..

i have made the rudder and turnfin.

the rudder bracked has to be made and the blades have to be sharpend, but it is the beginning.

its just quick made hw so far, it needs to be polished for show :P

                  here are some pictures

an overview of what i have done today.
the booms are not gleued in yet.

i hope to make fast but good progress

Ziet er leuk uit. We zien elkaar de 28ste om dat ding te bouwen.
Zullen we deze rood wit blauw orange maken?

                    Groeten,

here some new pics of my progress.

i weight the hull with allmost everything in it and i think i come at 650 to 700grams of weight in total, including the battery.

sponsons are reinforced at the bottom with carbon fibre, and glued to 3mm carbon plates.

booms are fixed in brass tubes and held in place witch some 2mm gold plugs.
turnfin mounted with 4mm stainless bolts (thread is in the carbon plate)
motormount glued in with some carbon fibre mixture and shaft with carbon fibre cloth.

only problem now is the servo mount...

i got very little hight for mounting the servo, so i need to figure that out...

anyone can handle me some pictures of other rocker riggers?
i cant find any info or data of this thing..
