Where can I get a good 32" cat hull for under $100

Just looking around... Have seen a couple. Not sure if they're any good tho. I'm just looking for empty hull

Check out the Apparition hull.. I think there around the 100 bucks for a hull.

you can get a R2 hobbies cat hull delivered for under $200. HOR or skunkworks cat for just over $100. I would not label any of these as "Good" though. At least the skunkworks hull I had the bottom is really good, the deck, not so good. I have one and like the looks, don't get me wrong.

All of these have something in common. If you are looking for a cheap good looking, strong smooth straight epoxy hull, you will not get all of that. Take at least one or two of those out on everyone one I have seen. Take the first one out, and you can get the rest.

I am looking for a hull also. Being a noob to the boat side, my thinking is what better way to learn the hobby. I have decided to go with the 32" CAT hull from horracing.com. These are the same hulls that are sold by HOTR on Ebay and are also used for the apparition boats.

I am wanting a plain white hull. I have a friend who does cool airbrush work. My main apprehension is being able to lay out the flex drive tube and drive correctly.

R2 hobbies can sell you a white one for less than $100 dleivered.

I have an orange hull and it is straight and has very sharp edges!!! The only drawback is that its only really suited for single motor drive.

Ray, that's the hull I've been looking at... I'm doing single drive so that's perfect. How long did it take to get? How does it handle and run? Any info would be awesome thanks

Haven't built it yet, lots of toys...

It was VERY fast shipping. Check RC universe & maybe RC Groups for others that have bought and built this boat.

Like I said, sharp and very flat, makes the sponsons on the EKOS look like its ABS instead of Glass.

Sorry, not built yet. I was thnking Turnigy 500Typhoon 1800Kv motor on 5S or something?
