Motor for a 31" Challenger

I looking to upgrade the motor in my 31" challenger and am looking at the Neu1521 1Y or the Castle Creations 1520 1Y. It looks like a lot of people run the 1521 1.5D on this size boat but I want to keep the ESC I have for now - Etti 150 w/ extra caps. I will be runing 4S2P or 5S2P, sport running

I've love to have opinions on the motor choice.

you will want a bigger esc if you go 1521 1.5d... those motors are monsters on esc's... I would want at least a 180amp.... the 1520 1y may be ok.... but I have etti 150's too... and I wouldn't consider running one on much bigger then 1515 neus or fiego xl's....
