i would wait on 100% verification first.
GOOD depends on what you want it for,speed,rough water etc

never had a boat. got it for the lakes around the house, payed 110$ for it guy used it a cupole of times.

would say you havent done your money,looks like a scorpion motor,maybe a 40 size
nearly worth the $$$ alone if its ok
