Gibberish?

I have a 32" NQD mono with an OSE 700 SC with a Navy 600 ESC that I added a BEC and an LVC due to running 2S 5000Mah 20C/30 Lipos. I'm using a FM 2.4GHz TX/RX as well. Not sure of the RPM but I have noticed the MPH drops according to my GPS when I move the COG aft. It has a stock BJ26 outdrive with an X642. Just wondering if you can help me to make this totally unintelligable!
