    Either 0.062" or 0.078" will work. Both can break if the drive line has too much angle or the wire is run for too long. I prefer the latter, but club members have broken that size on 4S. Keep it well lubed and the angle gentle and either will work okay.

      I have run my china cat many times on 62 and no liner and no problesm with that set up. This is with a 442 prop.

      But it also has a bearing strut on it...if that matters. I still feel more safe with a liner in it because if not centered at the coupler right and it drags the edge of the brass it can cut it so a liner stops that. Mine end up centered but I think some do not watch this very well.

      I am purposly pushing this one to see when she breaks but it won't be soon Probably will put a CF prop on it and keep running it.
