    Neu Motor Service

    I had a Neu motor failure (rotor came apart) at the SAWs in Valdosta on the 15th.
    I sent it in to have it repaired last Wed. the 19th., and it was at my door step today the the 27th!!!
    The motor was covered under warranty, and upgraded to a 8MM shaft, no questions asked.

    PS Try to get service like that from another, and or, less expensive motor manufacturer.

      I dont have to Doug, I can buy four of those less expensive motors for the price of one Neu. Chew on that. lol!

      Dont get me wrong. I will own a Neu one of these days.

              Well I have to give VENOM batterys props for their service/ I love their batts and chargers. "LiPo's" . I sent a charger and pack in on a friday and had brand new of each at my door that following Fri. I was very happy with Phone conversation and quick turn-around. I know many say they are lower quality but until I pulled around 90A outta one and swelled it they have always been perfect.
