    33" Fiberglass Rigger

I have a 33" Rigger here that I am working on. It is fiberglass with CF booms. Still getting it prepped for paint but I need some advice on a powerplant setup for this. I would like to get 60mph runs out of her. But I also want it to be reliable. Is that possible? So if I could get as many suggestions as possible on what motor, esc and battery setup I should use would be greatly appreciated. I would like to keep it as cheap as possible since I am only using it for sporting around. Here are some pics of the rigger.

What make is this rigger? I have an Andy Brown Mongoose and the sponsons look identical. I'm working to convert this one to electric. I have a Neu 1527/1y and 6s2p. It should get well into the 70's.

When I purchased it, I was told it was an aeromarine. But there are no labels or markings on it and I looked on the aeromarine site and did not see anything closely remote to this. The only reason I bought this rigger was the price. I got it for $40 shipped.

The sponsons look like the Andy Brown style but your tub is not a Mongoose.

If you want a budget setup for sport you could get by with one of the latest stocked OSE Leopard 4074 motors 2200kv on 4S. Add a HiModel 200amp ESC. Should get you well into the 50's. Play with COB, strut and props and the 60's is doable. Look at what the are doing with the JAE rigger on UL1 power.
