Any suggetions on a set up. Finally got this going the speed I like. Really don't want to give up the speed. Maybe different motor prop set-up. this is a 32" apparition from head of river. I have ahd this set-up for a couple of years running on the A123 batteries. I would like to keep the 4S lipos since I bought 6 of these and really don't want to throw any more money into batteries. don't mind changing motors and props. I think I have already got my monies worth out of the motors according to all of the replies.

You could probably drop down to an 11L and see the same speed. I guarantee those motors are struggling to turn their max rpm, and are coming no where near that. A lower kv motor will have much more torque and be able to reach closer to its max rpm, pull less amps, and run cooler.

I would use 2 9XL motors for a cheap set up or 2 Neu or Neu Castle 1515 1y motors all on 4s lipo. since your running twins.
