    Motor mount ?

I have a buddy that just bought a 34 inch aeromarine sprint cat, with no rails.. He plains on running a 1527-1y on 6s. What would be a good motor mount to use for this setup, since the hull has no rails ?.

I made my own mount.............I run the same exact motor on 6s.........its a beast. In a 34" its basically overkill. Should be able to throw a big prop and hit some stupid speeds!
NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS?? QUALITY 5.5MM, 8MM, 8 AND 10 AWG, GET THEM HERE: http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...est!&highlight=

The best way to do it is probably to buy a rail mount, then make some small rails and epoxy them in.

The 1527 is the motor for the sprintcat if you wanna go fast! It is a big 34" hull. I ran the 1.5d on 5s2p. With a x455 it was good for about 64mph. I have the Zicha rail mount that I used in mine I could sell you, or your friend if interested.

I will let him know. He is on the forum, i'm just trying to help him out. He bought the hull Obrien was selling. I picked the hull up for him today, since Jeff lives real close to me.
