Right now there is nothing wrong with your temperatures. 130F on the motor can (not the cooling jacket) is okay, just keep below 150F on the endbell. You should start your LiPos at 100F all the time, they have less resistance there and will heat up less. In winter we use LiPo heaters to protect the cells. Even 140F is acceptable, although it is not a good idea to go higher. If you run your packs down to a 3V cutoff they could get too hot, but with a true 3.4 volt cutoff they should be fine if of decent quality. Keeping the boat's speed constant will help to control the temperatures, lots of speeding up and slowing down will heat things up.
