Help finding a pair of outrunners

I'm trying to find a pair of outrunners to fit the villain. Cheap is the key, no more than $20 each.

    540 size mount holes
    3mm or 5mm shaft
    2500 - 3500kv for a 2s 40 - 50 amp setup.

I see quite a few 450 heli motors that appear to be the right size, but I don't think the motor mount holes are correct.

I want to go with out runners since they are air cooled and don't want to spend much at all on this old Villain. It's just a rescue boat and will get replaced by the boogie board setup someday anyway...

If you want to use a 450 size or even a 480 size outrunner you can either make an adapter plate or buy from Holmes Hobbies here http://holmeshobbies.com/product.php...1&cat=3&page=1 I've done both and his are the best. You can also sometimes find these adapters on ebay with not as many holes, but they would also work.

Sweet! That works out great. Just so happens I have a pair of 450 heli motors 2900kv!

I saw those once before, but didn't know about ordering from them. They take Paypal, so it's done, I have a pair on the way.

      Cool deal. Thanks!!!
