i have a 380 10xl and the outter pink jacket spins on the metal ends like it was not crimped tight or glued properly ,is it fixable or junk?

Put some drops of locktight on the end caps, let it run into the groove then wipe off the excess..thats what i would do..

i got the cap off and it looks likt the ends are spot welded to the jacket.i dont think lock tight will do the job.

It should be just fine. It'll keep the motor from turning. You can try red lock-tight but don't expect to take it apart easy after.
