    Water Pump?

I've got a gravity feed pump system I've been using to flush out the boats, but I'd like to have a closed loop system.

This is just for flushing the boat's water jackets, post salt water runs. It's very important but takes up a lot of time. If I could just hook it up to a pump system, would save me a ton of time.

Just looking for a small 120v plug into the wall water pump for cooling system circulation.

What about a fish tank pump?

Thought of that, I want something that I can circulate for a few hours with a neutralizing flush while I do something else.

Saltwater and the CC/OSE cans don't mix well.

Yeah, that's kind of the idea. Was thinking I could find a nice small cheap one with 1/4" or less nipples ready to pump.

Some are made to handle salt water.

Well, if I'm running flush through it, theoretically it shouldn't matter. Heh... in theory.

Perhaps a salt water pond pump is the way to go with this.

Why not make an adapter to hook up to the sink, attach the tube to the pickup on the boat and let it pee in the sink for a while? Simple sometimes is good.

Yeah, that would be good and probably work well.

The explanation to the woman... not so well.

Boat stuff stays in the garage.

Flow rate is a little high on fountain pumps.

Go to a local wreckers yard and grab a window washer pump/bottle assembly out of any car you can find. Run it off a 6V gell cell and all is good.

I can shoot more pics if needed.

I think you can buy a brand new washer pump at auto parts stores for around $20.
