Hardware help selection and where to buy - mono and cat

Ok so I sold my 51" mono cobra gt hull to a friend that is also new to boating,I think it's a foreabuk? But anways i have tht boat and my 60" expresscraft supercat.
I am needing to know what all I need to build these boats, front to back all of it like rudder size, dual or single rudder, stinger or strut and the lengths of them, size and or style of turn fins, drive cables an or anything else I'm leaving out I already have 2- 1/4 scale hitec hightorque servos but need servo trays too...

The cat will be ran on twin lehner 3060's with twin cc240HV's on 10-12s each motor

the mono will be a strong neu single motor with a cc240HV

I'm not sure where to even buy good hardware... Iv noticed that alot of people use speedmaster but I don't know where to find a good selection of it?
I know I have alot of questions but I don't want to mess up 2 good hulls bc I got in a hurry
    thanks for everything

    Blake,

Heres a link to some hardware such as rudder and strut. http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...ckets+%26+More

Can't help you without knowing beam width, transom height etc.....The speedmaster struts are nice and adjustable, for your boat (60") you will definitely want to run 1/4" flexshaft. Ose stocks most of everything. I would suggest you take a peek at the store and make a list of the hardware that he as and what you need.

      thanks for the help man!
ok my main issues are making sure i dont buy hardware that is way to small bc both of my boats are over 50" im just tryn to figure ou how long the rudder should be and how far away it should be from the transom, and what the length of stinger should be, or strut on the cat??
just stuff like that is what is confusing me.....

i dont have the cat yet so no measurements
but i do have the V here still
      its around 8lbs
      total transom width is 12.5"
      height in center is 5"
height on each side is 2.75"
      with 5" runners installed

      thanks agn!!
