No More LiPo's?

I heard a rumor that international shipments of high capacity LiPo's have been halted for safety reasons...anyone know about this?

Packs up to but not including 5500mAh can no longer be shipped. Anything below that is business as usual.

This law has been on the books for a little while but took effect just recently.

If you need higher capacity, you will now have to parallel smaller packs to achieve it.
