I placed an order late Friday (Pacific time), the day before Memorial Day weekend. Order was for a motor, bearing and jacket. I then remembered that I also needed the motor mount but forgot, so I placed another order with a note to try to include it in the package with the other stuff. I didn't expect them to not charge me shipping on that, it was my mistake. I got home today and found that everything was in my mailbox waiting for me, AND they had put a note on the invoice that they were refunding the shipping on the mount.

I'm very impressed how quickly it was packed, shipped and arrived, especially over a holiday weekend. I'm definitely buying more from you guys!!

have spendt alot of exstra money here on OSE for that reason alone.

Thanks for the post. I rather none of us pay extra for shipping when it can be avoided.

Sometimes it cant be done. Like when a package gets packed and labeled, then a second order comes in not to far after. But I TRY to make sure if that when I pack a bunch of orders at one time, if there are two from the same person, I combine them.
