Odd ball couplers- help locating

Think I might have to get these made, but here goes:

3.5mm motor shaft
.05 (1.3mm) cable drive

25mm long


I might just drill out the motor side of the 2mm-1.3mm couplers I already have. I could probably get away with a 9/64 bit on a 3.5mm shaft.

Wish I had a metric drill bit set!


Any help finding these odd ball sizes would be greatly appreciated!

Ha! Yeah, being setup to make couplers certainly helps! OK, thanks Jeff. Will let you know if I'm not happy with the way the drill bit thing works out. I have a jig and a drill press, but still manage to get them crooked some times. Helps to have a lathe. (I don't)
