Exactly. That is why just simply balance charging a lipos isn't enough. You need to be able to check the internal resistance of each cell in order to determine where there might be a problem.
That is why I bought the CelPro 10. It works. I have discovered a few packs that appeared to charge up ok but would not hold the charge under load. Using my Celpro 10, I discovered these packs would have one cell that exhibited a much higher resistance than the others.
