Is this really an F1 boat?

it has a strut like on a Catamaran boat

Isn't that an IMPBA tunnel? As I recall they are set up that way, whereas the NAMBA boats use outboards. Does IMPBA have an O/B class too?

It showed $0.00 not sure why that happened. When I did look before it was $350

I signed in (never order, but have a login) and it said $0.00 for shipping ,said shipping cost due at delivery. never seen that before what is this like COD for a boat. Weird
