    My Pitch Gage

I based my pitch gage on one made and sold by T-Mod Racing based on an article found herehttp://www.modelpowerboat.com/forum/...-your-prop.htm I found that the ball on the dial indicator made repeatable reading all but impossible on some props with allot of cup so I removed the ball and made a pointer out of 1/8" stainless rod sharpened to a dull point. This come in from the side so the there is no problem with it causing errors in my readings. The other thing I found was that by lengthening the degree arm it minimized any errors cased when building the gage. You can find photos of the gage I build here http://s104.photobucket.com/albums/m.../Pitch%20Gage/

Thanks Mike from T-Mod racing for all your help with email questions and details you provided.

No if you wish to buy one you should contact Mike of T-Mod [email protected] he sells them. If you have access to a drill press they are easy to build. If you have access to a lathe they are even easier.
