Today it hit 41.5 mph and I time the batteries, it ran 6min 24 sec. but it over discharged the batteries. So I figure it will run 5 min on 2 x3s 3000 mHa lipo's in parallel that is full throttle even in the corners!

Wow, that is an average of 56 amps for a top speed of 41.5mph. that is not bad at all! I am impressed with the setup for a stock RTR.

Edit, got a question on how I estimated amp draw.

Battery is 2x 3000 mAhr for 6 amp hours.
total time run in seconds was 384 seconds.
6 times (3600 / 384) = average amp draw since you stated you used all of the battery power. low voltage.
