solid capacitors

You racers need to start using your clout on the model boating manufacturers to put the improved solid capacitors to good use. They are now in circulation to alot of manufacturers and have been for nearly a year now, meaning they are available in some way to the civilian market. contacted three manufacturers of esc's, none are using solid caps, two even went "solid wut?".

Faster, tougher, smaller, no electrolyte, but a slightly higher price, sounds good.

Of all folks i would think the SAW guys would be all over this.

Besides, we are the red-headed stepchildren in the hobby world. Cars, crawlers, trucks, planes, helicopters, and Battle Bots are way in front of us.

Large size apps will be used in the hybrid cars first and then will likely make it to the public domain in a few more months. The smaller ones for mobos are available now.

Any sizes can be manufactured for any app, they just need the reasons to do it. I sent them a request for a quote (laugh)
