need help on uploading files, pics and video, please

can some one explain the lammens terms on uploading pics for profile and avatar,
or even video? Fickr.com is wheremy pics are hosted.......or is photobucket better?
when i upload from my comp. it says file cannot be moved. what the @#*! does that mean. I just wanna share my pics too.............

Ever since this site crashed or when it was moved, I have not been able to load a new avatar, profile pic or new pictures in the gallery. I am getting the same error message.

After loading a video or picture on another site, just copy the link to the pic/video and paste it in your reply here.

Its a user permissions problem. I will have the web guy search to see whats going on.

The self righting feature does save me some work!
